Take Shape for Life/Medifast


A Johns Hopkins study predicts that by 2030,  86% of all Americans will be overweight or obese.  Aside from the obvious cardiovascular risks such as heart attack and stroke, did you know that the chances for other life threatening illness and diseases multiply for people who are overweight?  Diabetes and many types of cancer risks increase when your BMI (body mass index) is above the preferred range.  So what can you do to lose weight?
